Farmers' Market Good - Days 159-163

Tonight I celebrated my recent farmers' market cookie sales success with a yummy dinner for one.  A dinner made with fresh produce from the market.   I started with the best salad ever...a mix of romaine, cherry peppers, strawberry onion, cukes and black heirloom tomato.  Then came fresh green beans cooked with a little bacon, dill and garlic and a side of wild rice.  Strawberries drizzled with honey and toasted coconut made for a tasty dessert.  You could taste the market freshness in every bite...and the love behind it.   

This is what makes me happy.  This is what fuels my soul.  I need more of this and a lot less of everything else.
