Sold Out...two lovely words that are music to my ears. Thankfully the world is filled with cookie monsters that are gobbling up my cookies as fast as I can bake them. Friday afternoon after my early morning delivery to Bikes, Beans and Bordeaux, I received a call from Jen, the owner, asking for 10 more. They had almost sold out by early afternoon and had no cookies for the weekend. I love it!
Saturday at the market was more of the same. One by one, the flavors sold out...with the Fat Mint Cookie Cookie and White Chocolate Blueberry Pecan the first to go. We only had six cookies left when we packed up the booth. As I headed for the car I was greeted by one of my regulars asking if I had anything left. She promptly bought every last one and wanted more. Sold Out! Cookie monsters are a very good thing.
