Tonight after driving all over Florida I headed to A Chateau Kitchen to make cookie dough...lots and lots of cookie dough. Fifteen batches to be exact. To crank it out efficiently I set up an assembly line. I measured out the dry ingredients in plastic storage containers, counted out the butter and eggs for each batch and went to work. It took me a little over four hours, but I made enough dough to yield at least 275 cookies. I have to bake and assemble eleven baskets by Thursday. Oh my! Time to get a little shut eye before tackling another crazy day.
